These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of vehicle rental services provided by Prestige Drive SG (UEN: 202318457K). By making a booking or signing a rental agreement, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

Renters must be at least 25 years of age and hold a valid Singapore Class 3 driving licence or an International Driving Permit (IDP) recognised in Singapore for the full rental period. Additional age surcharges may apply for drivers under 30. We reserve the right to refuse rental at our discretion following identity and licence verification.

2. Booking and Confirmation

All bookings are subject to vehicle availability and confirmation by Prestige Drive SG. A booking enquiry submitted through our website does not constitute a confirmed reservation until you receive written confirmation and complete required documentation. We recommend booking at least 72 hours in advance for peak periods.

3. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations more than 72 hours before the rental start: full refund of prepaid amounts, less a S$150 administrative fee.
• Cancellations 24–72 hours before start: 50% refund of prepaid rental charges.
• Cancellations less than 24 hours before start or no-shows: no refund.
• We may cancel bookings due to mechanical failure or force majeure, offering a full refund or comparable vehicle substitution.

4. Security Deposit

A security deposit between S$5,000 and S$15,000 (depending on vehicle category) is required via credit card pre-authorisation before vehicle release. The deposit is released within 14 business days following return, subject to inspection, toll charges, fuel discrepancies, and damage assessments.

5. Rental Rates and Payment

All quoted rates are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and exclude ERP charges, fuel, parking fees, and fines incurred during the rental period. Payment is due in full before vehicle collection unless a corporate account has been pre-approved. Late payment attracts interest at 1.5% per month.

6. Insurance Coverage

Standard rentals include comprehensive insurance with an excess (deductible) of S$8,000–S$15,000 depending on the vehicle. Coverage includes third-party liability as required under Singapore law. Exclusions include:

• Damage arising from prohibited uses (see Section 8).
• Damage caused by unlisted or unapproved drivers.
• Tyre, wheel, and undercarriage damage unless covered by supplemental waiver.
• Loss of keys, personal belongings, and consequential business losses.

Reduced excess waivers are available at additional daily cost.

7. Vehicle Condition and Damage

Vehicles are provided in pristine condition with a full fuel tank unless otherwise stated. Renters must report any pre-existing damage before departure. You are responsible for all damage, loss, or theft occurring during the rental period until the vehicle is inspected and accepted by our staff. Smoking and transporting pets are strictly prohibited.

8. Prohibited Uses

Rented vehicles must not be used for:

• Racing, track days, speed trials, or any competitive motorsport.
• Off-road driving, beach use, or traversing unsealed surfaces.
• Transporting illegal substances or hazardous materials.
• Sub-letting, hire-with-driver operations without authorisation, or commercial ride-hailing.
• Travel outside Singapore and West Malaysia without prior written approval.
• Any purpose that would void manufacturer warranty or insurance coverage.

9. Fuel Policy

Vehicles must be returned with the same fuel level as at collection. Failure to refuel incurs a S$80 service charge plus fuel costs at market rate.

10. Traffic Offences and Fines

Renters are solely responsible for all parking, speeding, ERP, and other traffic infringements during the rental period. Administrative fees of S$50 per infringement apply for processing government notices.

11. Breakdown and Accidents

In the event of breakdown or accident, contact our 24/7 hotline immediately. Do not admit liability at the scene. A police report is mandatory for all accidents involving third parties or bodily injury.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Singapore law, Prestige Drive SG shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the rental fees paid for the affected booking period.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
